- תַּרְעָיָיאm. (תְּרַע I) one that makes a breach. Gen. R. s. 69 (play on ופרצת ימה, Gen. 28:14) את הוא ת׳ דימא (some ed. תְּרוֹעָיָיא) thou art he that will break through the sea (thy children will pass through the Red Sea); Yalk. Mic. 551 תרעא (corr. acc.).
